The hotel offers a convenient location with limited dining options. The rooms are noisy and lack convenience but are clean and comfortable overall. The service is hit-or-miss with some excellent aspects and some disappointing ones.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were not designed for guest convenience and were noisy, but ultimately clean and comfortable.

The service had some excellent moments, but there were issues like wiping down surfaces with dirty towels and reluctance to assist with late-night dining options.

5.6/10

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the Convention Center, making it a fabulous spot with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and shops in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The rooms are practical, but the setup with multiple devices connected to one outlet can be inconvenient. The service was lacking engagement with guests and not very communicative. Despite some drawbacks, the clean and comfortable rooms and the superb location stand out as positives.

Rooms
7.0
The room setup with multiple devices connected to one outlet was not very practical, and I accidentally triggered a power outage while passing by. However, the combination of two rooms made inviting friends over more comfortable than crowding on one bed.
Service
5.0
The service was subpar with staff barely interacting and simply wiping surfaces with used towels, though they did apologize for any inconvenience.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location directly across from the Convention Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, is excellent for exploring the town as everything is within walking distance. However, the limited seating in the common areas and disabled TV features were minor drawbacks.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing with no hot breakfast and poor beverage options, not meeting expectations. It would benefit from adding more variety to the menu.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were basic and clean, suitable for a short stay. The hotel lacked some essential amenities that would enhance the overall guest experience.

6.2/10

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was a noticeable musty odor that made me reach for air spray to freshen it up. The service was lacking engagement and there were issues with additional charges on my credit card. On the bright side, the location is perfect for exploring downtown Gatlinburg, and the dining options, though limited, were adequate.

Rooms
7.0
The room, though dated, was clean and comfortable, equipped with extras like an iron, ironing board, refrigerator, and hairdryer. The musty odor was a downside I had to address.
Service
5.0
The service fell short as there were additional charges to my credit card and the staff appeared disengaged with little authority. Not the ideal service experience.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is excellent for exploring downtown Gatlinburg, with most staff being friendly. However, there were minor issues with some staff members not being as pleasant.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast options were limited, offering cereal, bagels, waffles, and fruit. The quality was average, but not exceptional.
